Summary

Pulse Endurance Sports is moving to its new location in Aug. We are looking for Service Lead in our new location. We specialize in selling high end Triathlon and Road Bicycles. We also do a lot of service on all other type of bikes. Our main Brands are Cervelo, Pinarello, Argon 18, Factor, Felt and Scott.

We are looking for a mechanic and service writer to:

• Write tickets, sell services and sell needed repair items.
• Help manage repairs and sold bike builds and packing
• Be capable to tune up all different types of bikes, build high end Triathlon and Road Bikes (80% of sales) MTB, Gravel, Hybrid and ebikes (20%)
• Looking for the friendly helpful mechanic, not the guy I have to hide in the back and just have him build bikes.

Duties

• Be able to work with customers and sell service
• Be able to work on and know ETAP and DI2
• Capable of building and doing tune ups on all types of bikes
• Capable of bleeding disc brakes and pack high end bikes

Requirements

• have bike shop experience as mechanic
• be a good team player
• Be able to work Saturdays
