We are opening a new role within the Healthy Lifestyle team to support think! and Amazing Grass brands.

 

 

This Brand Manager, Equity – think! & Amazing Grass will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing brand building and marketing plans for Glanbia Performance Nutrition’s industry-leading brands. This role has high visibility across the Healthy Lifestyle portfolio with regular interaction and exposure to senior leaders. Key areas of responsibility as the Brand Manager, Equity include omnichannel marketing strategy across the funnel, inclusive of communication and activation plans, management of marketing budget that reflects brand objectives, and agency management to deliver fully integrated marketing plans.

 

 

As the Brand Manager you will:

 

  • Lead the development of 360 activation plans and marketing communications inclusive of digital media, retailer media, influencers and brand ambassadors, in-store customer activation that delivers against brand objectives and long term brand equity growth plans.
  • Oversee storytelling and communication of the brand’s overall brand equity strategy and activation plans both for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee agency management to ensure strategic partnership and linkages across in-house and external agencies, internal Integrated Marketing Team and Brand team.
  • Oversee brand marketing budget to ensure key ATL/BTL initiatives are sufficiently supported and deliver against marketing objectives while driving spending efficiencies to maximize working dollars.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to partners through briefs
  • Manage internal process to create and develop media plans and creative deliverables
  • Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure efficient, on-time delivery of campaigns and brand activations
  • Ensures Legal approval of all documents, contracts and materials that touch external stakeholders
  • Drive rigor against KPIs leveraging analytics to ensure we are constantly optimizing tactics across the various elements of the funnel and linking to business results.
  • Drive alignment across brand and marketing KPIs to ensure overall brand strategy and annual plans are being properly supported.
  • Champion best in class creative development and execution to drive ownable differentiation and breakthrough in the marketplace, leading to YoY improvements in brand equity drivers.
  • Champion a mindset of test and learn to continually enhance and evolve activation and marketing plans across the funnel.

 

 

Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience required, preferably in like industry, consumer packaged goods
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about health & wellness
  • Successful track record of developing creative methods for growing brands    
  • Ability to comprehensively understand and convert consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into brand strategy/plans
  • Annual marketing budget development and monthly budget management
  • 360-degree campaign development process, creative evaluation and media strategy
  • Proven ability to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Communicates effectively and builds relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to persuade audiences (internal and external key stakeholders)
  • Team player and ability to work well and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Results oriented with high level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Budget management experience

The salary range for an Illinois based candidate is 110,000 - 150,000. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
