Warehouse Manager

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics, process optimization, and team development? We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager to take charge of our fast-paced warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team, streamline processes, and ensure our products move seamlessly from shelf to shipment — all while delivering best-in-class service. As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations — managing people, processes, and systems to ensure top-tier performance and efficiency

Your Responsibilities: 

•    Supervise and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and employees — including hiring, training, performance coaching, and recognition.
•    Create a culture of accountability and teamwork that drives results.
•    Continuously improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and safety.
•     Leverage KPIs to track performance and reduce controllable expenses without sacrificing quality.
•    Implement best practices to enhance outbound shipment quality, inventory accuracy, and order-building efficiency. Lead initiatives that elevate our operational standards.
•    Ensure full and effective use of SAP across warehouse activities. Keep inventory management sharp and reliable — both digitally and physically.
•    Act as a key liaison between warehouse operations and other departments. Resolve inventory and delivery issues quickly and communicate solutions clearly.
•    Promote a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Foster pride in ownership and a commitment to safety across the team.

Y our Profile: 

•    Associate’s Degree in related field or 5+ years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    Food & beverage industry experience
•    Less than 10% travel
