This first-shift role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who thrive in fast-paced production settings. **Your Role and Impact** As a **Sheet Metal Worker,** you'll operate a variety of machines and tools to shape, alter, and assemble sheet metal components according to engineering specifications. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly support the production of high-quality aerospace and industrial products. **What You'll Be Doing** + Set up and operate machines including drill presses, punch presses, shears, brakes, grinders, and CNC equipment. + Follow blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to shape and assemble sheet metal accurately. + Use hand and power tools to smooth surfaces and blend seams. + May operate soldering and welding equipment as needed. + Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment. + Follow safety protocols and pre-established guidelines under direct supervision. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2-4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field. + Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures. + Ability to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. + Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks. **Why Join Us at PDS Tech Commercial** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we value precision, safety, and teamwork.
