A well-established eCommerce retailer with over 50 years in the industry, selling consumer electronics, pro audio, and imaging equipment, is seeking a marketplace leader to help scale growth. Operating across major online marketplaces — including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, and Macy’s — with a very large product catalog, the company values creativity, agility, and measurable results.
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketplace Channel Manager with proven success growing sales on large-scale third-party platforms. This role oversees strategy, daily operations, and team leadership for multiple marketplaces, ensuring revenue growth, optimal listing performance, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with buyers, marketing, and operations to drive sales while managing a team and maintaining strong analytical oversight.
The Ideal Candidate
The right person will be a strategic and creative thinker who can also execute the day-to-day. You’re an analytical problem-solver with deep knowledge of eBay , Walmart, and other major marketplaces, skilled in advertising strategies, reporting, and inventory coordination. You thrive on achieving measurable revenue growth and can lead teams to consistently hit ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy, execution, and performance management for multiple marketplaces ( eBay, Walmart, Target, Macy’s, etc.).
Monitor and improve customer reviews, seller ratings, and platform compliance.
Collaborate with buyers on inventory planning, replenishment, and promotions.
Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to drive visibility and conversion.
Analyze sales and advertising data in Excel; create actionable reports for leadership.
Oversee a team of 5+ marketplace specialists; provide coaching, goal-setting, and performance tracking.
Ensure accurate and optimized product listings for a large and diverse catalog.
Identify new opportunities for growth and implement strategic initiatives to expand channel revenue.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Proven success growing marketplace sales on eBay and Walmart.
Experience managing catalogs of 5,000+ SKUs.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience managing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Track record of generating significant marketplace revenue growth.
Power BI experience is a strong plus.
Knowledge of additional marketplaces such as Target Plus and Macy’s.

Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $120K base + commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (Friday remote).
Location: On-site in Boro Park, Brooklyn, NY.
