Core Duties Of A Sales And Customer Service Associate:

  • Proactively engage with residential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for Verizon products and services, aiming to exceed sales targets
  • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of wireless plans, devices, and accessories to facilitate informed customer decisions
  • Efficiently guide customers through new account setups, service upgrades, and data transfers
  • Offer initial troubleshooting for common issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams
  • Process all sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and in compliance with company policies
  • Continuously update knowledge on new technology, service updates, and special offers to provide accurate customer information
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Service Associates and other team members to share knowledge, support initiatives, and contribute to a productive sales environment
