What You Can Expect:

· Utilize your organizational prowess to efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing clinic operations.

· Serve as the guardian of our paperwork, proactively preparing, creating, and handling patient documents.

· Expertly guide new patients through the intake process, collecting health information and ensuring a seamless experience.

· Act as a liaison between patients and staff, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance via phone and in person.

· Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.

· Safeguard patient confidentiality with utmost discretion in handling sensitive information.

· Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

· Harness your computer skills to complete tasks using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ECW and other software.

· Skillfully handle patient concerns, addressing situations with empathy and understanding to find the best outcome for their care.

· Adapt easily to changes in procedures or policies, remaining flexible and focused on delivering quality service.

· Manage conflicts with patients professionally, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and amicably.

Hours of Operation: Flexible shifts within our hours of operation

· Monday- 12:00 PM-8:00 PM

· Tuesday- 6:30 AM-2:30 PM

· Wednesday- 12:00 PM-8:00 PM

· Thursday- 6:30 AM-2:30  PM

· Sunday- 9:30 AM-4:00 PM
