🎯 About the Role

As a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator , you’ll lead the planning and execution of community-based events that raise awareness, engage the public, and generate critical support for mission-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused organizer who thrives in face-to-face settings and believes in the power of grassroots outreach .

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person events, including tabling opportunities, awareness campaigns, donor drives, and community festivals

• Represent nonprofit partners to the public with professionalism, enthusiasm, and purpose

• Engage attendees in one-on-one conversations , donation appeals, and cause-based education

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote events and boost turnout

• Track key metrics such as donations, engagement levels, and outreach impact

• Support the creation of outreach materials (e.g., signage, talking points, flyers)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and able to manage event logistics and details under pressure
