Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/ year salary
Job Summary Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and security of others? Automation Integration, Inc. is seeking a talented
Low Voltage Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms. If you have experience in security system installation and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities - Install, maintain, repair, and service security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms.
- Program and configure security and audio-visual equipment to meet the specific requirements of each installation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with security and audio-visual systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Provide training and technical support to clients on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
Qualifications - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of security and A/V systems.
- Proficiency in the programming and configuration of security equipment.
- Knowledge of security system components, including alarms, cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Control 4, 2Gig, Qolsys, Alarm.com, Genea, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Comfortability handling handguns and familiarity with handgun knowledge is preferred, but not required
