We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Boston team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage relationships, and support the execution of marketing and business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and driven to build a successful career in client relations and account management.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications.
Support senior account representatives in project coordination and execution.
Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
