**The Role:** Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative HCM/HR Systems Scrum Maser to serve our diverse base of global clients. We are looking for someone with experience in projects related to HR/Payroll systems. Workday exposure is a plus but not mandatory, experience in any other HR/HCM system like Peoplesoft or experience in projects that used implementation or maintenance of those products will also be considered. **Location:** Remote (US Based) **Responsibilities:** · Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. · Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks. · Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. · Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team. · Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise. **Qualifications** · Scrum Master/Coach with over 5 years of experience in an HR systems environment (project management skills preferred). · Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM or other HCM SaaS solutions. · Skilled in engaging with business partners, establishing project schedules, and leading technical discussions. · Knowledge of the Human Resources and Payroll domain is desired but not mandatory. · Familiar with various SaaS solutions in the HR/Payroll space and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions. **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $[90,000- $138,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
