As a Fundraising Event Assistant , you’ll play a key role in coordinating live events, engaging with the public, and helping to drive donations and awareness for causes that matter. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

🎯 Role Overview

You’ll work alongside a dynamic outreach team at live fundraising events , helping set up branded displays, interact with donors, and ensure smooth event operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning , fundraising , and grassroots marketing , all while contributing to campaigns that have real impact in the community.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of fundraising events and nonprofit activations

• Engage directly with event attendees to communicate campaign goals and encourage donations

• Represent nonprofit partners professionally and passionately in public-facing roles

• Help meet or exceed donor engagement and fundraising goals

• Collect and report donor data, feedback, and event performance metrics

• Provide on-site support to campaign managers and collaborate with team members

• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops for ongoing skill development

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
