Your Role & Responsibilities:- Hands-on installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, and control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Assist remote engineers with PLC configuration and fault diagnosis.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards, following RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activities, ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Work closely with clients, ensuring smooth plant operations and resolving issues promptly.
- Respond to out-of-hours faults and perform remote monitoring system checks.
What We’re Looking For:- Minimum Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
- At least 3 years of experience in a service/maintenance role, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong mechanical and electrical expertise (pumps, mixers, control systems, motors, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office.
- Strong understanding of SSOW, RAMS, and compliance with safety regulations.
Preferred Skills & Experience:- Experience in anaerobic digestion/biogas or a similar process plant environment.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Inspection and testing certification.
- PASMA or similar industry certifications.
