Job Description



The Director of Technology & Information will lead the strategic technology function for the Signarama brand, overseeing all platforms, tools, systems, and vendor relationships that support franchise operations. This role is responsible for building and executing a scalable digital roadmap, managing POS, ERP and CRM integrations, ensuring data security and infrastructure reliability, and driving innovation that enhances the performance and satisfaction of our franchise network. As the brand’s top technology leader, you will act as the go-to authority on all things digital, from operational tools to analytics to future-forward initiatives. This is a full-time office position based in West Palm Beach, FL.

  • Own the brand-wide technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate technological initiatives, from planning through post-launch support, as well as managing the brand tech support team and coordinating with all other related brand departments.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners including Corebridge, Zoho, RevScale and Gorilla Dash.
  • Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and integration of utilized platforms.
  • Drive innovation by identifying, piloting, and implementing new technologies to support franchisee success.
  • Monitor and manage data integrity across platforms, ensuring clean, reliable data through validation protocols.
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance across all franchise locations.
  • Oversee cybersecurity and compliance practices, including risk mitigation, data protection, and incident response.
  • Manage enterprise-wide communication platforms (Microsoft 365), including email infrastructure and security policies.
  • Define and track KPIs across system performance, tech support, user adoption, and training effectiveness.
  • Lead development and delivery of training programs to increase technical literacy across franchisees.
  • Supervise support systems for franchisees; lead internal and external teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Oversee permissions, access control, and IT policy administration.
  • Translate user and franchisee feedback into system improvements and feature requests.
  • Maintain alignment of Corebridge POS and Gorilla Dash reporting features with brand needs and future plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, ideally within a franchise or retail environment.
  • Strong background in digital systems, CRM management, data integration, and platform optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 administration, Corebridge POS, Zoho, CRM tools, Active Directory, and system integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • MS-102 certification recommended. Additional industry certifications in cybersecurity or cloud administration are a plus.
  • Experience with franchise systems, business operations, sales technology, and customer experience platforms.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
